Matt was recommended to me by a couple of people who spoke very highly of him. I have seen a number of physiotherapists in my 68 years, and I can very easily say that Matt is one of the finest I have had the pleasure of being treated by! He has an amazing understanding of physiology, biomechanics, and movement science. He took the time to very concisely and simply explain the root causes of my issues, and then explained how he was going to go about treating me. I felt comfortable with Matt from our initial greeting. Matt has a very calm and confident demeanour. The assessment was very thorough and concise, and in our first session, he was able to provide me with a noticeable reduction in discomfort.

He provided me with a few exercises that I could perform between visits, and followed up with an email containing very detailed instructions and a video on how to properly perform them.

All in all it was a real pleasure to have been treated by Matt! I would readily recommend Matt to anyone who is in need of physiotherapy treatment.

I've been working with Breanna now for several months- she is very knowledgeable, caring and supportive with a very holistic approach. I've had chronic pain for decades with a recent addition of Cervical Vestibular Syndrome. So Breanna asked her colleague, January to do some Vestibular work with me. Maximum Potential is a great physio clinic. The front desk staff are patient, helpful, and always pleasant to talk to (special thanks to Steph!). I and my family have been in to see Matt over the years for different issues and he is always knowledgeable, thoughtful, and supportive. Matt has 2 goals each time he takes you on a patient - to help you deal with the discomfort in the moment and to help you make changes in your every day life so it doesn’t happen again. While he obviously appreciates your business, his goal is ultimately NOT to see you again! Matt ensures any exercises or treatments are reasonable and easy to fit into your daily routine. I highly recommend Matt and Maximum Potential.
